Riding Pic and SAD NEWS!

Shad finally used his dirt bike attire he got for his birthday last year and went riding with his good friend Nick. Here is a picture from Shad's cell phone.



Yesterday we received a call that our (particularly Shad's) really close friend passed away yesterday, Mark Kohler. Mark had been in ICU for couple weeks after he fell off a ladder at his shop head first onto a concrete floor. He died very suddenly after he made substantial progress from a blood clot in his lungs. It has been a really tough couple of days. He had all girls and he pretty much adopted Shad as his son and his daughters call Shad their "brother from another mother". We even went to dinner with Mark and Raelynne (his wife) the night I went into labor. He was a very kind, giving, loving and frankly just an all around amazing man. We feel very blessed to have known him and to have had him a part of our lives. It is going to be hard not having him around. We "THANK GOD" and look forward to seeing him again. We love you Mark, Raelynne and family! Mark and Raelynne's relationship is one that ALL SHOULD ASPIRE TO achieve! The picture we are posting is of Mark and Raelynne at our wedding luncheon.
