So, Lafe went back in for surgery yesterday. They spend 4.5 hours cleaning out and exploring his back. His is in a lot of pain and is just plain sick of hurting and not feeling good. He goes in for a follow-up visit on the 10th to make sure this surgery took. I was told that it is very rare that the first surgery didn't take. Poor Lafe. We will update more as we find out more.

I have to post these pictures because I LOVE EM! My dad and step mom bought Brinley long johns for x-mas and they are sooo cute on her! I need to get her some more because I don't want to take these off of her. Shad is an AMAZING husband and father. I had to go to a work meeting yesterday and I took Brinley over to Shad's dealership so he could watch her. I left her in her long johns and he took a picture of her in them too because he loved them so much! I can't believe our little angel is going to be six months old this next week. I shed a tear looking back to when she was 6lbs and now she is almost 18lbs! She has grown sooo fast!

Aud if it wasn't for you blog I wouldn't know what is happening just 30 mins of us... We didn't even know Lafe had to have back surgery let alone it was the last monday nor did we know that he had to go back in this monday again and do it again... Man it pisses me off.. No wonder everyone thinks we don't care about them. Its because we don't ever know... So thank you for updating us on Lafe I appreciate it so much.... Love you.. I missed seeing you on Tuesday but I snuggled with Brinley though.. Her dad is awesome that is for sure.. I didn't expect any less from him I knew he would be a great dad.... She is so lucky to have you two in her life and being her parents... Talk to you later...

Thanks for having the website for Boyd's funeral. I wasn't able to attend so I was glad to be able to hear the service and my Dad speak.
