We have all been sick this week...yuck! Brinley and Breckin both came down with it first. They must have caught it at church so it is a really good thing we didn't go back earlier. Then Shad and I came down with it. Both our little ones have been miserable. Brinley couldn't sleep last night so we let her come lay on Shad while we watched tv. Mind you we were watching a classic car auction. Here is how Shad and Brin's conversation went:
Brin: Dad watch tv....dad I like cars
Shad: Do you want one and if so what color?
B: a pink one
B: ooo dad there is a black one I like it
S: So do I...mom (I was trying to ask him a question) be quiet so we can see what this one sells for...
S: Do you want to go to bed?
B: no, I want to watch tv. I like cars
B: I like that one it is green
S: Time for bed
B: NO I WANT TO WATCH CARS!!! (As Shad carries her down the hall to bed) Still trying to figure out if she really likes cars or knows how to manipulate us :)
